Burlington's New North End
The New North End is Burlington's most populated neighborhood. A shopping center, movie threater and services all combine with an outstanding waterfront to make the New North End an attractive district.
Geographically situated in the northeast corner of Burlington, the New North End's name is derived from the fact that most of the residences were developed in the latter half of the twentieth century. It is a thin arm of land bordered by Lake Champlain on the west and the Intervale – more than 700 acres of undeveloped land, community gardens, and nature trails-on the east. The home of higher-priced lakefront residences, the New North End also includes many moderately priced homes, substantial shopping options, a public beach and hockey arena, Burlington High School, several restaurants, and even a second-run movie theater.
Check out the area, then get in touch with Brian Boardman to see some property or learn more about the neighborhood.

"Dear Brian: Thank you for putting so much time and energy into helping Sarah find a place to live. I think she and Eric will really enjoy this condo, especially not having to do yard work with the little spare time they'll have. Sarah and I really appreciated your sense of humor and your useful comments during our home tours. It eased our sense of panic somewhat of trying to find something in a week. We thought beforehand that we'd have plenty of time to spare. How wrong we were. Thanks again." - Phyllis Prager |
