One of the things I enjoy about the size of the real estate market in the Burlington area is that it is small enough that I can keep in touch with all its aspects. Over the last four years, I have been involved in more $1 Million+ Real Estate transactions than any other Vermont REALTORŪ. My business, however, is not limited to the luxury market. I've sold hundreds of properties from starter homes in the $150,000 range to luxury properties over $1 million. In 1991, Brian and his wife decided to leave their hectic life in Manhattan for the simpler pleasures of Vermont, wanting to raise their children in Burlington, Brian's home town.
So, after ten fast-paced years on Wall Street as a currency trader, Brian joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. In that same year, Brian and his company were featured in Business People Vermont. In 2010, he hosted a reporter from the Wall Street Journal's SmartMoney magazine for an article on real estate agents in today's economy.
