One of the things I enjoy about the size of the real estate market in the Burlington area is that it is small enough that I can keep in touch with all its aspects. Over the last four years, I have been involved in more $1 Million+ Real Estate transactions than any other Vermont REALTOR®. My business, however, is not limited to the luxury market. I've sold hundreds of properties from starter homes in the $150,000 range to luxury properties over $1 million. I find working with first time buyers as exciting as working with multi-million dollar clients. It's refreshing to share in the enthusiasm of a first-time buyer.
In 1991, Brian and his wife decided to leave their hectic life in Manhattan for the simpler pleasures of Vermont, wanting to raise their children in Burlington, Brian's home town.
So, after ten fast-paced years on Wall Street as a currency trader, Brian joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. One of Vermont's oldest companies, Hickok & Boardman's real estate division is a Coldwell Banker franchise with more than 90 full-time agents and staff, as well as relocation services.
A Passion For Excellence
Brian has been a top producer since joining the firm and is now the number one real estate agent in Burlington.
