Our house may have been a challenge to sell…old house, deferred maintenance, and well lived in, as they say. Also, leaving the house empty and selling in winter added to our anxiety. Throughout the process, which included some setbacks, Jared was responsive, accommodating, and reasonable in his approach. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly addressed all our questions and concerns - whether it was technical questions related to the contract, for example, or more general questions about responding to an offer. We would definitely recommend Jared.

Jared is simply the best. He is very responsive, super easy to work with, and totally on top of his game. We looked at a number of properties with Jared over the past couple of years and he has patiently and graciously supported our slow search until we found just the right place. To top it off, he was able to connect us with a lender when other options closed which allowed the sale to proceed. We simply can't say enough superlatives about Jared.
