Brian was terrifically efficient and knowledgeable about the market. It was all very no-nonsense, and the house sold remarkably quickly. He took care of details like interpreting the Fire Marshall’s comments and recommending someone to do the mandatory cleaning of the dryer ducts. He also recommended a man to clean one of the apartments when we were pressed for time. Brian was always cheerful and ready to explain the ropes. He included my daughter in communications and that helped move things along. He also recommended a good lawyer for the closing. Thank you, Brian and Sue too! I know he had a lot of other clients at the time he was selling my house and I’m glad he always found time to respond to my questions.

Lilly was incredible throughout the process. We told her what we were looking for, within an hour she sent a couple links. With Lilly's guidance we put together an offer that was accepted. We needed access to do some measuring etc and Lilly was so gracious taking time to meet us there, didn't rush us. She handled little issues that popped up before we even knew there was an issue. Highly recommend Lilly if you are looking to buy or sell. She is top notch!
