One of the things I enjoy about the size of the real estate market in the Burlington area is that it is small enough that I can keep in touch with all aspects of the market. Over the last four years, I have been involved in more $1 Million+ Real Estate transactions than any other Vermont REALTOR®. My business, however, is not limited to the luxury market. I've sold hundreds of properties from starter homes in the $250,000 range to luxury properties in the multimillion-dollar price range. I find working with first time buyers as exciting as working with clients working in the luxury market.

For sellers, that market knowledge informs pricing, positioning, negotiation, and the strategy behind bringing a property to market.

Coming Home

In 1991, Brian and his wife decided to leave their hectic life in Manhattan for the simpler pleasures of Vermont, wanting to raise their four children in Burlington, Brian's hometown.

So, after ten fast-paced years on Wall Street as a currency trader, Brian joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. One of Vermont's oldest companies, Hickok & Boardman's real estate division is a Coldwell Banker franchise with more than 90 full-time agents and staff, as well as relocation services.

Family

Brian and his wife, Brooks, live in Burlington, and enjoy traveling to see their four kids (pictured below). His hobbies include boating, Bikram yoga, skiing, soccer, biking, antiquing, and home restoration.
