Raised in South Hero and now living in downtown Burlington, Jared Lebowitz knows Northwestern Vermont both as a lifelong local and as an experienced real estate Agent. As a member of the Brian Boardman Group at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, he helps buyers and sellers navigate the Burlington and Chittenden County real estate market with clear advice, careful preparation, and a steady approach.

Before returning to Vermont, Jared worked in commercial real estate asset management and debt and equity brokerage in Boston. That background gave him a strong foundation in property valuation, financing, contracts, and negotiation. Today, he brings that analytical perspective to residential real estate while keeping complicated information practical and understandable for his clients.

Jared has worked with clients across a wide range of properties and price points, including luxury homes, condominiums, land purchases, and relocation. He has also gained considerable experience with transactions involving complicated financing, contractual questions, contingencies, inspections, land considerations, and unexpected issues that require close attention and creative problem-solving.

Jared approaches real estate as an advisor. He takes time to understand each client’s priorities, explain the market, and provide the information needed to make confident decisions. Buyers appreciate his responsiveness, local insight, and ability to guide them through each stage of a purchase. Sellers benefit from his thoughtful approach to pricing, preparation, offer analysis, negotiation, and marketing.

He is also creative in how he markets a home. Jared works closely with the Brian Boardman Group’s marketing team to identify what makes each property distinctive and develop photography, video, written content, and digital campaigns that reflect the home accurately while telling the story of how it lives.

A former Division I quarterback, Jared completed his collegiate career at Middlebury College, where he served as team captain and earned Academic All-District recognition. The preparation, resilience, communication, and teamwork developed through competitive athletics continue to shape how he represents his clients.

Jared has also been named to Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30 and invited to speak on the company’s Rookie of the Year panel.

Jared lives in Burlington with his fiancée, who attends medical school at the University of Vermont. Fittingly, they first met at an open house. Outside of real estate, he enjoys skiing, golf, biking, chess, and time outdoors across Vermont.
