Whether clients are purchasing from out of state, evaluating a home’s renovation potential, navigating a competitive offer, or preparing for a time-sensitive sale, she provides attentive guidance from the first conversation through closing.

After earning a degree in Community Development and Green Design-Build from the University of Vermont, Lilly worked for premier Vermont builders and gained hands-on experience in carpentry and remodeling, from foundation work through finish details. That background gives her a valuable perspective when assessing a property. She helps clients recognize craftsmanship, identify potential concerns, and consider how a home could be made to fit ones needs/wants**. For first-time buyers and clients considering a renovation, her ability to explain a property’s possibilities in practical terms can make an unfamiliar process easier to navigate.

Real estate has been part of Lilly’s life from an early age. Today, she is proud to work alongside her father, Brian Boardman, as part of a team with deep experience in Burlington, Chittenden County, and communities across Northwest and Central Vermont. She has also received the Exceptional Experience Award, reflecting her commitment to responsive service and a consistently strong client experience.

Lilly lives in Stowe with her husband, who shares her carpentry background and enthusiasm for ongoing renovation projects. She manages a successful Airbnb and is involved with Stowe Trails Partnership, a non-profit dedicated to creating and maintaining sustainable trails. Outside of real estate, she can often be found on her bike, her skis, fly fishing, or in her garden—pursuits that deepen her firsthand knowledge of Vermont’s mountain communities and year-round lifestyle.
