This was a difficult transaction, as the first accepted bid fell through after problems with the property became known. Bridget handled the restarting of the process with great skill, bringing everything to a successful conclusion. Note: if Bridget's advice had been followed in the selection of the first buyer, the restart, and resulting lower purchase price, would not have happened!
