I was impressed by Bridget's personal style form the beginning. We were unusual buyers, given that we were from overseas and not in a position to buy initially. Bridget stuck with us through the whole period which was affected by covid, so we ]knew her for more than 2 years. We also had contact with a couple of other agents during this time, and although they were all courteous and helpful, none of them could shine a light to Bridget. We feel our success with the purchase, which was managed from overseas, given the dearth of houses and the heat of the market, was due to Bridget's good advice. My only other comment, which may or may not be relevant, is that I think Bridget took a little time to size us up as buyers 9as to our taste I mean) ...this is not surprising though as we are rather unusual, and also because she had very little contact with us initially, so had little to go on. We are very grateful to Bridget for her help and acumen. We had confidence in her advice.

Bridgett is the best Real Estate Agent we have ever encountered, having bought and sold five previous homes in different states. She is very thorough, attentive with quick responses to questions and concerns and went out of her way to inform us of matters in the buying process that we were unaware of. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

Bridget was amazing. She was so helpful, detail oriented and knowledgable throughout the entire process. She wasn't technically representing me however I felt that she was! She was always available and proactive in sharing info / steps in the process. If / when I decide to sell and buy another property I'll definitely reach out to Bridget.

I have purchased 6 homes, sold 5, and rented numerous apartments over 40 years. Bridget Barry Caswell is, unequivocally, the best Real Estate Broker I have ever met. Bridget and her executive assistant, Sue Wilson, were on top of every detail right from the beginning. They gave great advice, followed up on every question, and made the whole process incredibly easy for me. To call Bridget a "sales associate" in this survey is simply wrong. She is an incredibly knowledgeable real estate professional with the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
