My husband and I cannot not say enough great things about Bridget and how much we valued her as our realtor. We were first-time home buyers with little to no knowledge about the home buying process. Bridget is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and local market. She was always happy to answer any of our questions and provide an in-depth explanation when more information was needed and never made us feel silly for asking all of our questions. She is very easy to get a hold of and was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. She knows the local market very well and provided us with a lot of knowledge about what is valuable in a home purchase and things to be mindful of when purchasing a home. She took the time to get know my husband and I, and learn what our preferences and dislikes were. With that information, at each home we viewed, she was able to point out the things that we would like, the things that were lacking and mentioned resale pluses and minuses. This really helped my husband and I make very informed decisions during the home search process. She's also very patient as we viewed probably over a dozen homes in a period of 6-8 weeks. She never rushed us to make a decision and emphasized finding the right home. She also is well connected in the region and was able to recommend a broker to my husband and I to help us obtain our loan. This was so helpful as the lender that we sought pre-approval from ultimately could not provide us with the best loan for the purchase of our home. When it came to purchasing our home, she provided great guidance regarding pricing/placing an offer, the process and what to expect. My husband and I love our new home and are very happy with our purchase. Bridget was excellent and my husband and I cannot recommend her more highly!

I have purchased 6 homes, sold 5, and rented numerous apartments over 40 years. Bridget Barry Caswell is, unequivocally, the best Real Estate Broker I have ever met. Bridget and her executive assistant, Sue Wilson, were on top of every detail right from the beginning. They gave great advice, followed up on every question, and made the whole process incredibly easy for me. Bridget knew the community so well and was able to share it's benefits with prospective buyers. Her personal attention throughout was really exemplary-even bringing her family to help us with moving! She was super responsive to our many, many questions and I never had to wait for answers to my concerns or inquiries.
